"Padova"

Location was ideal! The apartment was spacious & nice.

Communication was difficult. Links to complete information & after the fact additional payment (tax & deposit, which still hasn't been refunded) were not sent, requiring us to return to the apartment to provide in person.

amazing location, nice touches eg coffee, basic cooking facilities, dishwasher tablets etc

having to pay a security deposit through a third party website up front - also very draconian ‘house rules’ eg taking the bins out when you pay an 80 euro cleaning fee!

The geographical situation and the view. The equipment of the appartement is minimal and basic but sufficient and convenient
