Francesco House 1509 Monte Paraiso Puerto Rico

Property is clean and well equipped for a few night stay in Puerto Rico. Seemed to be newly renovated especially the kitchen and bathroom. It’s in a good location with fabulous views - Europa shopping center is across the road with a supermarket, restaurants and shops (typical souvenir shops). We had breakfast at cafe Mambos every morning and spent the later half of our evenings at The Temple Bar (great atmosphere and live music!). Not far to walk to the beaches - about 15-20mins - but this is down steep hills. Taxis line up by the shopping center and it’s about €5-6 to go up and down to the beach.

It was quite small but we were only there for 4 nights so wasn’t a big deal, wouldn’t have wanted to stay any longer though. The complex it’s on is a little tatty (paint peeling off walls etc) but the apartment itself was fine!

Nice location great view. Parking was nicely arranged for us. Apartment is good size, nice balcony.

The washer was not working during the time we were there (1 week). Not a huge deal for only a week but would have been nice to know about this before arriving. If you don't have a car it's a bit of a walk 25mins or so to get to the beach. We drove down so not an issue.

Nos encantó el sitio. Pequeño pero acogedor, cocina provista de todo tipo de enseres, menaje e incluso especias y demás para cocinar. Muy recomendable!

Lovely property, homely feeling with everything you could want.

Pool area is a little bit tatty but nothing to worry about.

Appartamento accogliente, funzionale, non mancava nulla per rendere eccezionale la nostra vacanza. Ci è stato fornito il parcheggio di proprietà un plus ultra. L'host veramente disponibile, ci ha mandato video e spiegato in ogni dettaglio l'accesso all'appartamento. La struttura si trova accanto al Centro commerciale Europa fornito di supermercati e locali per trascorrere le serate. Vacanza top!!!!

El apartamento es perfecto para 3 personas, la piscina está súper bien. Tiene de todo el apartamento súper bien equipado, lo mejor las cenas por la Noche en la terraza y la tele que es súper grande. Hay que tener coche para poder disfrutar de las playas.
