Francesco House 1509 Monte Paraiso Puerto Rico

I loved how this apartment looked it was very modern and had everything you needed. The host went over and above with all the little extras. The apartment is very central to the Europa centre. Pool was very clean and lots of loungers to choose from.

Nice clean apartment, well equipped kitchen and bathroom, decent size balcony with sun loungers and sea view (although obstructed by the roof of the adjacent building). Free parking spot next to the shopping centre which was handy. Great communication with the host.

The resort itself is in desperate need of renovation, especially the pool area. Pool is ok just to swim, but not to spend a full day there as it's a bit grim. Resort itself is very noisy due to close proximity to other buildings and flats (you can hear neighbours talking, coughing, locking the doors, watching tv etc) plus loud music coming from the hotels and bars in the area until early ours in the morning.. Ear plugs are a must if you are a light sleeper. Last but not least - the neighbours next door, not sure if they were locals or tourists, but they were smoking weed day and night on their balcony which was too much sometimes, iftwn we had to lock the windows due to smell coming into our bedroom.

Very fresh, clean and beautiful apartment. The apartment smells very pleasant. Welcome wine. Good bed, good shower. Nice view. A well-equipped kitchen, even with oil, spices, coffee, etc. Private parking option. Quiet area. Shops and reataurants just up on the street. The host had clearly put a lot of effort into everything, which made our stay very pleasant.

Perfect stay at Francesco house, great size for us as a couple, it was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Great communication made finding where we needed to be easy, also came with a parking spot for the hire car!! We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent accommodation, spotlessly clean, easy self service check in. Friendly housekeeping staff and fruit, a bottle of wine, water etc left for us on arrival. Would definitely stay there again, highly recommend.

The apartment is really nice and clean. Everything you need is there. Very comfy bed. The owner welcomed us with a very nice gesture of wine and fruit. The keys were waiting for us in the box. Everything was very simple and hassle-free.

Everything about this apartment is top notch. The kitchen and all the apartment is well equipped with great attention to detail. The pool area is lovely with a great view. We appreciated having a dedicated parking stall in a neighbouring parking lot. The bed was comfortable and the TV worked very well, including access to Netflix.

As it is very close to Europa centre with windows open, we were able to hear music late into the night.

Location is ok if you have a car. The views are good because you're so high up! The apartment is very well equipped and clean. The bed was fairly comfortable but we ended up buying new pillows because we couldn't get on with the ones provided. The owner allowed us to use his private parking space which was great becauese there is no free parking within easy reach.

There is simply not enough hot water for a decent shower, especially if you have to wash your hair and have lots of it like I do! The whole complex, which is a mixture of holiday lets and local residents, is very run down, particularly the pool area which is all rather grubby. There was very noisy building work happening during our stay. No nice restaurants within walking distance.
