There’s no drinking water, no slippers & the toilet made a bad smell in the room(but it was clean)

The location is very nice. It is close to the souk and other beautiful locations. The cleanliness is outstanding. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

The breakfast is limited. No diverse facilities existed.

Great sea view, nice swimming pool, kind receptionist, clean room, comfortable bed and linens.

Breakfast was very pure and every day the same. No assortment of breads, just toast bread. The shower was broken (sprayed also upwards), the reservoir for "Hair & Body" soap was empty during the whole stay, the cleaning lady kept the trash bin full for 2 days, the cleaning lady always switched off the AC so it was hot in the room when I entered, the sink plug didn't work, the elevator was very slow. The reception offered a taxi to come to pick us up in 20 minutes but we had to wait for more than an hour. We were not allowed to sit in the evening in the hotel garden and drink coke with rum despite the bar was closed, only after some arguments discussion they allowed.
