The Place was over all clean, breakfast was good but needs more variety of foods, its a nice place to stay

The hair dryer in our room resembled more like a vaccum cleaner, missing was two things an iron and board, and a coffee maker

The swimming pool is clean. Location and breakfast are good. Receptionist Shadi was very helpful in getting all our four rooms in the same floor and upgraded it to junior suite rooms.

The swimming pool staff have no clue about the use of chlorine. They made the pool inaccessible by adding chlorine powder at 6pm and asked us to swim after 10 minutes of that. Chlorinating a pool is an overnight process not done in 10-15 minutes. It is a health hazard! Moreover, according to the owner after 6pm is reserved time for swimming for hotel guests which we were denied due to the chlorine. Out of the 4 rooms, only one room had no complaints - in two there was constant water leakage in the bathrooms and one had a dysfunctional aircon. In all the hotel building is very old and needs renovation. The owner’s behaviour towards his staff is unprofessional and demeaning. He might be good to us and the guests but if he doesn’t treat his staff with respect, then it says a lot about him.

great view from the 6th floor and very delicious breakfast. the pool is also clean and nice.

All went well, maybe the wifi should be better in the rooms. the signal was low;

The staff were brilliant. Especially Mr. Shadi who made sure all my requests were taken care of. He helped immediately with taxis, requests, recimmendations; etc. The entire experience was great, stayed for about 9 days and left extremely content. The location is perfect, with restaurants and bars within walking distance and easy access to major towns, cities and attractions.

WiFi wasn't the best.
