Condo for a family or a group in Bacolod City.

Close to cultural activities, malls, and transportation. Condo had all the necessary amenities (hair dryer, iron & board, potable water, working AC, etc.),check in was easy, and Communicating with property management was effortless.

Broken floor tiles and many tiles were lifting off the floor..

The location of the apartment was great, right behind the Ayala Capitol Central mall. It was also walking distance from Lacson Street, which was convenient. The guards on staff were courteous and helpful. The unit itself was spacious enough for a family of four.

The bathroom was quite small and felt a bit dingy. It also didn't feel like the unit had been thoroughly cleaned prior to our arrival.

The location, accessible to everything.

The Bathroom shower is a bit tiny, it’s good if there’s a little window.

Proximity to restaurants

Wifi did not work and we had to request for assistance...

Everything was in order, the place was clean, easy to communicate with the owner and we like the location - it was close to good restaurants and the mall

The location is excellent. The security staff is very helpful. The TV was amazing.

The ceiling fan could not be turned on in the bedroom. The bathroom sink faucet has no pressure and is ready to fall off the sink. Closet door would not move. The outlet in the closet didn’t work.

It's an AirBNB, easy to access, great location but everything else is on your own. You can request laundry, cleaning for additional fees but for your length of stay it was not necessary. .If you stay longer, it will be needed. Internet was great, we were able to cook a little but also easily get something at 7-11 or across the street at Ayala Capitol. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

There were some issues with the place: the living room light does not turn off completely and just blinks on and off-- it's controlled by a smart setup (Alexa), don't know if that was the reason. However, that will likely be fixed by the owner before the next user so it didn't bother us that much as we were mostly out. There was some very loud construction directly outside being done on the window but that's not the host's fault. Just simply send them a message for other concerns and they readily and pleasantly reply.

Location was great! Though the Owner did interact with communications, the agent needs to make their communications better and faster particularly over a weekend or holiday. It comes with the JOB!

Brown outs! 5 out of 10 days.. Yes they where between 10 min to an Hour. Never was this mentioned by the agent. The Condo was in need of some maintenance. (Aircon was leaking water into the unit, Bathroom/CR sink faucet needs to be tighten up as it moves everywhere. Outlets need attention, poor electrical connection when plugging appliances in, can be a fire hazard.
