Rooms La Spezia 5 Terre

Excellent place. Very clean , very good service, nice room and bathroom. very close to railway station and street with restaurants but at the same time quite place in the the beautiful building. Room was cleaning every day like in a 5 starts hotel. Air conditions is exellent. Everyday new cookies tea and coffe on the table. In the room was also small fridge. The owners very helpful and nice. Hope to back there once again 😍

The apartment was clean and modern. Communication was good. Very close to La Spezia Centrale, supermarkets and restaurants. There was good air conditioning and a kettle for tea which was very helpful because I had a sore throat. Comfortable bed.

The hot water went on and off during the shower. The wifi did not work during the second night of our stay.

The room was modern, cosy and very clean. The location is super central, so you can explore a lot by walking. The hosts were very friendly and endeavoured and the communication, as well as check-in/check-out, was smooth.

A bit dark, because the window went out to the courtyard. But it was pleasantly cool. Ohropax recommended for the neighbour- / city noise if you are not used to it.

Location is great 5 minutes to train station. The bed is bigger than it appears on the photo. Cleaning was done every day so everything was spotless. Communication through whatsapp was clear.

Soundproofing could be improved or you can wear earplugs for a good night sleep.

The guest house is near to the train station. Michela always keeps in touch with me and offers a lot of good places to eat. Her husband waits for me at the entrance of the guest house and helps me with my big luggage. I am really happy to stay here and have a wonderful warm stay in La Spezia. The room is clean, modern, new and spacious. The bed is comfortable and I have good sleep for the two nights.

We used this apartment as our base as we did daily trips to Cinque Terre. The location is excellent for this as it is very close to the train station. The room is very nice and clean - they come to clean the room daily. Although the host is not fluent in English, he is very helpful and we had no issues. He checked us in when we arrived and communicated with us through WhatsApp from then on. We also appreciated snacks and tea/coffee.

There is a translucent glass panel in the room which I'm not sure what it's for, or what's on the other side. The glow from the other side of the panel prevented the room from being completely dark at night - not a big issue but can be a little annoying when trying to sleep. There is a light in the bathroom that is hooked up to a motion sensor. However, it sometimes randomly turns on when we were trying to sleep - again not a big issue and can be solved at night by closing the bathroom door.
