Clean, spacious & modern

I loved how clean the room was and also that it would get cleaned up every day. The location was very nice as well as the restaurants around.

The only thing would be, being able to hear the neighbouring rooms.

It’s very clean and spacious. Close to the train station. The host was really friendly and responsive. Bed and pillows were comfy. It was quiet too.

Hot water was broken the first night but the host resolved it very quickly.

I booked a single room and had the loveliest stay, it was comfortable, flawlessly clean and really worth the price, there was even a mini fridge and a kettle inside and every day the owners provided some biscuits, tea, coffee, which I really appreciated. The neighborhood felt safe and the building is very close to the central station, only 10 minutes by foot, even less when you’re not dragging your luggage. :-) I only regret not meeting the owners personally, because I checked-in by myself, but they provided all the instructions and Michela was always available and exceptionally kind, so I would strongly recommend booking this proprety!

Everything was perfect!

Very clean and comfortable accommodation in a great location. The room was new and very spacious. The building was quiet, safe and easy to access with a lift. We used this location as a base to visit Cinque Terre and loved La Spezia. A/C and refrigerator worked well. Highly recommend staying at this property!

We loved our stay and the property. I would give it a 9.5/10 only because occasionally the water temperature fluctuated in the shower. We would have loved a small coffee maker but the instant coffee/tea and kettle were okay.

Good location only short stroll from train station. Very clean and comfortable, reasonably new room with good bathroom. Phoned host upon arrival and someone arrived promptly to show me in . Good value for money.

Room quite small- ok for single but be a bit tight for two. Ok for short stay though.
