Asukoht oli väga hea, juhised konkreetsed ja taduta parkimise võimalus. Korter oli vaikne, puhas ja hubane. Maalid, diivan ja kardinad meeldisid.

Toolid köögos olid ebamugavad ja söögi valmistamiseks oli köögis pigem vähe vahendeid (lihtsalt valmis toidu nautimiseks oli kõik vajalik olemas).

Suurepärane korter, hea asukoht, palju ruumi, kõik vajalik olemas, asjad toimivad, ilusad vaated, vaikne.

Kui peenutseda, siis duššikaardina võiks teha avale vastavaks (praegu liiga lai kaardin kokku volditud) ning dušši klaasseina kinnitus (see mille peal ripub duššikaardin) tuleks korralikult klaasi külge kinnitada (praegu on kinnituskruvi lahti ja nn pulk liigub). Lisaks tuleks ka duššilifti seinakinnitused pingutada, veidi logiseb. Korter ise väga äge, paar lihtsat asja vaja üle vaadata ja kõpitseda.
