Väga hea asukoht ja kaunilt kujundatud korter. Kõik vajalik laua katmiseks ja toidu valmistamseks oli olemas, sh ka maitseained ning kohv. Magamistuba oli ruumikas, voodi mugav.

See ei ole määrava tähtsusega ning sõltub isiklikust maitsest, aga elutoas ei olnud laua- või põrandalampe. Laelampide valgustus oli õhtusel ajal mõnusa atmosfääri loomiseks veidi liiga valge. Kuna korteri sisekujundus oli Põhjamaiselt stiilne ja hubane ehk väga mõnus õhtuse aja veetmiseks, siis mahedam valgustus oleks olnud kirsiks tordil.

Suurepärane asukoht ja vaated aknast. Parkimiskoha pärast ei pidanud muretsema.

Diivan oli staatilist elektrit täis, iga kord sai särtsu, kui natukene diivanil liigutada 😬.
