It was close to everything and was very clean.

The stairs scared me steep with no railing to hang onto. Not good for and older person.

We really enjoyed our stay. The communication was quick, positive, and helpful. The apartment was beautiful and well-equipped, easy self check in. Easy to park car in public parking.

The apartment is very well maintained. It feels totally new. Never met the host, but the communication via messenger was very good and clear. The main bedroom is huge, the bed is very comfortable. Windows are great and there is full light protection, so you can sleep very well. The location is perfect. At the heart of Nemi, next to beautiful shops and restaurants. I strongly recommend this place.

We were 4 people. 2 adults and 2 kids 10 and 11. The living room, in which the kids slept is pretty small. When the sofa open for sleep, there is not much space left. There is no view from the windows or the balcony. We had towels with holes in them. They should be replaced in a timely matter. Parking is an issue. You can't park next to the apartment, and need to pay for the public parking ~300 meters away.

The location is great. Very easy to find and very easy to walk everywhere from the property.

It was extremely hot weather and I didn't realise there was a fan in the bedroom so spent one night boiling hot in bed. That's not the property's fault. I just didn't see the fan until later.

I already wrote a review, which I will include at the end of this. Testament of how good it was I changed my plans and this was an extra night stay! -- · This space was so perfect in every possible sense of the word! The quality of the fittings were great, the locks and security made me feel safe (female traveller on my own and travelling with quite a bit of electronics!). The furnishings were stylish and good quality, the space was clean and it had everything you might need for a short break. The Wifi was also fabulous. The host was amazing and got in touch with me within the hour - it was a (literally!) last minute booking and they were able to give me access to the property within less than an hour of me booking.
