Cosy Nemi - Guest House

The appartment is relly nice decorated nad well equiped. We really liked surrounding og the village. The big benefit is self check-in.

It is hard to find near parking bec. during summer season parkings are occupied by Italians. So we parked 10 min away by walk. The other thing is that appartment was not at the floor really clean.

The accomodation was really comfortable and cosy as well, just few steps from the center. The host was really helpfull as we came sooner and we could have left our luggage there. We also appreciated the equipment and balcony.

The property is very close to the centre of Nemi, which is great for restaurants, cafe bars, and shops. The scenery and views are spectacular close by. The property is very good with a small balcony to relax on during the evening. The host Horst is an excellent communicator, and so nothing is too hard to resolve.

I would say that the property could do with aor conditioning, especially in the bedroom upstairs as it does get hot after several days of sun. There is a free-standing fan, but this is only a slight improvement. A soap holder in the shower would also be great as it's quite small and difficult to move around.

The accommodation was spacious, immaculate and located a moments walk away from a good Taverna and the town centre. The TV is a smart TV with Netflix, YouTube etc.

The little house is excellent however it should be noted that the stairs up to the first floor are relatively steep so not suitable for people who might find steep stairs a challenge.
