USGreat value for money considering how close it is to the free ferry into the city. Spacious king suite on first floor included sitting area, fire place, kitchen and bathroom. The owner is very friendly.
Mattress is on the softer side.

The street noise was a bit much, a rather busy but small intersection of Fort place and Montgomery, could not sleep past seven am.
USThe room was beautiful and very comfortable. City view and very close to the ferry, so easy to get to Manhattan. Room and common areas full of beautiful art by the owner. No breakfast, as was well stated before the stay. I'll definitely be trying to stay here again
Breakfast/coffee would have been a nice touch, but it's really not a big deal as there's a deli across the street. Third story walk up.

ESBeautiful house, we had a very big room and a really comfortable bathroom. As there were no more guests on our floor we had the entire floor for us.
