DEIt’s a nice house, 5 min. away from the ferry. There is a Deli, Restaurants and Bars right around the corner.
The house has 3 apartments. each on a own floor. I had the own under the roof. There was weak or no WiFi in my room.
USUSThis place is a great find! The king room I stayed in had a sitting area, fireplace, kitchen and bathroom (although in an unusual layout). It took me 10 minutes to walk to the staton island ferry each day to get into Manhattan. For the price, location, and size of the accommodation - its a fantastic deal!
The room I stayed in was quite close to the street so there was some street noise at night (nothing crazy). The apartment was clean but is a bit dated. The rugs and carpets were clean, but worn.

It was not clean. it wasn’t filthy but just didn’t feel clean. The price included breakfast but we weren’t given any. There was a kitchen (with one chair)we could use but no tea, coffee or milk.
