the air conditioning is not effectively cooling all areas of the apartment. There are noticeable temperature differences, with some rooms remaining significantly warmer than others, even when the AC is running. This makes it quite uncomfortable, especially during warmer periods. Lack of Temperature Control Second, I am unable to adjust the temperature settings for the air conditioning. There is no individual thermostat control, which means I cannot set the temperature to my personal comfort level.

RSThe problem is that on Wednesdays and Fridays there's a market, and you have to move your car. The landlords didn't clearly mention that the entire neighborhood is closed off during that time, so we had an unpleasant experience — our car was towed, and we had to pay an additional 300 euros.
