It is very hot in the bedrooms. No AC or fan in the bedrooms. There is only one AC in the living room, and it does not give any cooling into the bedrooms. It is very hard to sleep in the bedroom if the outside temperature is more than 30 degrees. The owner should install AC in the bedrooms as well.
AUVery near to the tram stop to Venice which is only 15 mins ride and city centre of Mestre. Communication with the host was responsive and very pleasant experience to stay. The lift to the accommodation was a bonus. Overall I highly recommend this place if you are visiting Venice. Clean and big unit.
Got woken up by the inconsiderate tenants staying above walking with loud steps and moving furniture in the middle of the night. Addressed the issue to the host and was immediately attended to. Bed and pillow abit soft for me but maybe comfortable enough for others. Extra A/C units in the room would be a bonus but tolerable with only one in the hall.

BGThe location was very convenient in Mestre city centre with bus/tram stop few steps away. Also, there is a regular weekly street market that occurs on Fridays on the street in front of the accommodation. The apartment was spotless clean and with a very well equipped kitchen. We really loved the complimentary coffee capsules. ☕️ The communication with our host (Francesco) was nice and easy.
BGPerfect location. Wonderful apartment, clean and comfortable. Tram to Venice stops 2 min away. The host is very responsive and helpful.
