Da localização e do tamanho da casa.

Da casa ter alguns elementos partidos, portas falhas nos rodapés, nas paredes, pintura danificada, a cozinha a precisar de uma reforma e do facto de ter poucos utensílios de cozinha. Compramos um frigideira nova e deixámos lá.
