Railay Bay Resort & Spa

The resort was the perfect place to explore Railay Beach. We had the two bedroom suite with the pool. The rooms were comfortable and the private pool was great for family time.

El aire acondicionado era muy poco potente. La habitación un poco basica. Faltaría un atajo a la walking street ya que tienes que dar toda la vuelta.

Views of the sunset directly from the hotel restaurant and pool are stunning! Perfectly located, close to the main road but also right on the best beach to catch the sunset. The facilities are great and the staff is super attentive and helpful. Super recommended

אהבנו הכל , החדרים יפים ומרווחים, נוחים ומאובזרים עד לפרט הקטן. הנוף משגע, יש שרותי תיק טוק בתוך שבילי המלון , ארוחת בוקר מעולה, לוקחים את המזוודות עד לחדר וגם בחזור ביקשנו עזרה עד למזח , הבר כלל חטיפים מים ופחיות שתיה חופשי . המיקום מושלם.

המזרון והכרית קשים, לנו זה פחות היה נוח .

Beautiful beach, nice pool.

The stay was quite inconvenient overall. Getting to Railay Beach was already difficult because there was no clear boat schedule, and the boat would not leave until there were around 8–10 passengers. Otherwise, the driver would simply wait and refuse to start the trip. The whole process felt disorganized and unreliable. Reaching the hotel itself was also inconvenient. We had to walk across unpaved sand, and during high tide it became even more difficult because we had to wade through water to get there. There were also no clear signs directing guests to the hotel entrance, which made the arrival process confusing. This was especially challenging with large luggage. The facilities also felt outdated. The bathroom looked very old and unattractive and could really use remodeling. The air conditioning was also quite loud, which made the stay less comfortable. Overall, the location and access were much more inconvenient than expected, and the hotel facilities did not feel well maintained.

the location on the beach and the pool is TOP NOTCH! we had such a wonderful stay. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Also that they took us free of charge to our next stay by boat and taxi!

Very quiet in june despite perfect weather. Heavenly beach front pool. With lots of free seats from which to people watch the day trippers coming and going on the sand. Lovely staff and great free snacks/fruit in the room.

No conditioner in the bathroom. Better shampoo and conditioner would be appreciated.
