Railay Bay Resort & Spa

서라일레이 베이를 바라보고 있는 수영장의 위치가 좋았다. 라일레이 번화가 골목까지 방에서 걸어서 약 15분 프라낭 비치까지는 약 20분 걸렸다. 방의 크기가 커서 쾌적한 느낌이 들었다. 에어콘이 전반적 호텔 컨디션에 비해 신형이라 조용하고 좋았다.

조식을 먹을때 다 먹은 접시가 산더미처럼 쌓여있는 데도 아무도 치워가지를 않는다. 조식의 가짓수는 이미 알고 왔기 때문에 코멘트 하지 않겠다. 원숭이똥인지 어떤 동물의 똥인지 아침 산책로에 가득한데도 투숙객들이 다 밟고 지나갈 때까지 그 어떤 직원도 치우지를 않는다. 샴푸나 바디클렌저 및 욕실 어매니티를 리필해 달라고 여러번 얘기할 때까지 리필해 주지 않는다. 3명이 한 방에 묶었지만 슬리퍼도 없고 비치타올도 이틑날부터는 왜인지 한 두개만 교체해주고 달라고 얘기할때까지 더 채워주지 않는다. 화장실이 너무 노후되어 샤워부스 상태가... 문 열고 닫을 때마다 부서질 것같은 쿵 소리가 들려 고쳐달라 했는데 4박 내내 안 고쳐줌... 화장실 출입구도 불량이라 바로 말씀드렸고 이건 하루만에 다행히 고쳐줌. 같은 비용으로 푸켓에서는 5성급에 묶었고 그에 응당한 객실 서비스를 받았지만 여기와서 사실 좀 충격받음. 4박말고 2박정도 했다면 좀 나았을까... 객실 상태 및 클리닝은 전반적으로 고객 응대 매뉴얼이 부족할 뿐아니라 관리 직원수도 적은것 같다. 아, 올해부터 갑자기 오른 롱테일보트 편도 요금 200바트도 좀 충격이었음. 하루아침에 2배로 올리다니...ㅠㅠ 기본적으로 다들 친절함에 몸에 밴 좋은 분들이었지만 호텔 컨디션 및 서비스의 수준은 개선이 필요한 듯하다.

A localização é perfeita, na praia mais bonita de Krabi. O hotel tem ótima infraestrutura, ótimas piscinas, sempre limpas. A Pool Vila é super confortável, bem grande e um grande diferencial: frigobar grátis! Voce pode consumir sem custo (e ainda tem reposição diariamente), nunca tínhamos tido uma experiência como essa em hotéis. Também vale mencionar que o transfer oferecido pelo hotel é excelente, vale o preço. Café da manhã satisfatório.

Quando chegamos nao conseguimos um check in antecipado, mesmo o hotel nao estando lotado. Além disso nao fizeram um tour conosco pelo hotel para mostrar as instalações, sentimos falta disso. No nosso quarto o chuveiro tinha um problema de esquentar demais ou nao esquentar. O restaurante do hotel cobra taxa de serviço (diferente de todos os restaurantes da região), além de ser mais caro e não muito bom.

It’s in a beautiful, serene, beach, cliffs setting close to restaurants and services. Staff on property were responsive. Excellent massage and facial received at the spa. We enjoyed the delicious daily breakfast buffet and dining oceanside.

We had challenges with our air conditioning unit freezing up twice. We appreciated they sent a technician out promptly and did offer for us to move temporarily to another room. We wish bedroom had fans to help with heat and mosquitos.
