Railay Bay Resort & Spa offers a transfer service from Krabi International Airport at an additional charge. Guests are kindly requested to inform the property in advance if they wish to make use of this service. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. The resort can only be accessed by a long-tail boat. From Krabi Airport, guests will have to take a taxi to Ao Nam Mao Pier or Aonang Beach to catch a boat to Railay Beach. The resort is located next to the Railay Pier. Please note that the name of the guest on booking confirmation must be the same name as the credit card holder. Guest must present the same credit card used to guarantee the booking when checking in or making payment at the hotel. The hotel will collect a new payment if guests fail to present their credit card upon check-in. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A deposit may be required at the property.

Free minibar (chocolate, chips and soda) was a very nice gesture. Good supply of drinking water.

We stayed in the two bedroom pool willa for a week. Very worn down resort compared to other resorts in Railay beach. The resort had a lot of garbage and lack of maintenance. Staff seems tired of tourists, not very friendly. The pool was not clean, the bathrooms mouldy and in big need of thorough cleaning. Be aware that the rooms are very close together and there is a lot of noise at night and in the morning.

"Great stay at a beautiful resort"

Excellent location! We stayed on the West side and the pool was magnificent and close to the walking street. Breakfast was great. Most importantly when we had to leave to catch a flight there was a bad storm and boats were not leaving back to Ao Nong. They arranged a boat to somewhere else so we could still make our flight that day. Thank you!!

Just a heads up for future travelers, you can't flush toilet paper here. Also you only get one key and it powers the room, so when you leave the air conditioner turns off. On VERY hot days like when we were there it takes a little bit for the room to cool back down.

Easy access to the Walking Street. The pool is nice. The grounds are well maintained. Staff is friendly and helpful.

The pillows could be more comfortable. Otherwise everything is perfect.

"Beautiful beach, beautiful villa."

We stayed at the villa that located beside the main pool, it was amazing. The villa itself is very spacious and water and minibar were complementary, which was amazing.

The jacuzzi was a bit rusty, no standing shower inside the villa.
