Railay Bay Resort & Spa offers a transfer service from Krabi International Airport at an additional charge. Guests are kindly requested to inform the property in advance if they wish to make use of this service. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. The resort can only be accessed by a long-tail boat. From Krabi Airport, guests will have to take a taxi to Ao Nam Mao Pier or Aonang Beach to catch a boat to Railay Beach. The resort is located next to the Railay Pier. Please note that the name of the guest on booking confirmation must be the same name as the credit card holder. Guest must present the same credit card used to guarantee the booking when checking in or making payment at the hotel. The hotel will collect a new payment if guests fail to present their credit card upon check-in. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A deposit may be required at the property.

Le cadre exceptionnel. Les chambres spacieuses et bien décorées. (Bungalow baignoire spa)La nature luxuriante et les animaux présents. Le buffet du petit déjeuner.

Le personnel du restaurant n’était pas à la hauteur d’un 5 étoiles pour les dej ou dîner. Longue attente, incompréhension dans les commandes. Manque de souplesse dans l’organisation des transferts pour l’aéroport, on nous a forcé à partir 2 heures trop tôt. Il ne voulait pas prendre en compte notre demande. Les salles de bains sont un peu datées dans la deco. Je m’attendais à un spa un peu plus haut de gamme.

Position is amazing, one of the best of the area. Private villas are awesome, cozy, with a great design.

Who had something disappeared from our room. Nothing worth too much but we were disappointed.

Amazing location very close to railay east pier and right on the beach. Can access from railay west beach or east beach. Amazing pool on the beach front. Clean big spacious room and nice shower. Pool staff very friendly and helpful. When we checked out they easily arranged a long tail boat transfer for us right outside the hotel it was very easy.

Staff are generally rude and don’t offer to take you on the buggy around you have to ask. It’s quite big so can get lost easily. Breakfast options not great.
