"A good spot for my conference at VCU!"

Spacious, clean, and comfortable

The 2 steep sets of stairs were a bit of a surprise and would have been a problem if I had my husband with me. Also I was unable to figure out how to get to the trash, but I suspect that was my problem.

It was very clean and the location is perfect to get to wherever you need. The King bed was very comfortable💜

It said on Booking.com that it was a 3 bedroom/2 bath that sleeps 6-8 people with a king bed in one room, queen bed in one room and twin beds in the other room. Also it wasn’t a sitting area with sofa🤦🏽‍♀️Which would have been perfect, but it was a 2bedroom one king room and the queen & twin beds was in the same room😡NO sofa bed/ couch either. So how was 6-8 people gonna sleep in a 2bedrm/1bathrm.

Comfortable beds

Sheets in the twin beds were covered in hair. Host said they were clean but had been washed with a fleece blanket. I requested fresh sheets which were delivered at 9pm. The fan in the king room did not work.

"A gem in Carytown"

It was cute, cozy and clean. It had everything we needed and more. It was a little further out than the original room we booked however it was worth it! It even had private parking...

It was all pleasant.
