The property was in a nice a nice neighborhood wasn’t to busy.It had all the things you needed for a stay.I love the note and the welcome gifts (wine and snacks)it had plenty of places to eat in walking distance plus all the pots and pans if you choose to cook it was a lovely homey place we will differently stay there again

There was a lot of stairs to go up and we had 2 people with canes.Plus we was trying it out for a future stay for our kings dominion trip and it said 7 beds there was only 3 beds and a futon. Only 1 tv I think it should be another TV in the other bedroom

Breakfast was not included because it's an apartment. The beds were very comfortable. There were plenty of linens. The rooms were spacious. The wifi was good. The kitchen was fully equipped. They had bowls for the dog food and water. The location is fantastic if you want to be near VCU, the Fan District or Careytown. The parking out back fits two cars which is what we needed. Everything felt very safe too.

I thought it was a two bathroom place, so I was disappointed that there was only one. Based on the photos it looked like there were two. There was no living space other than the kitchen.
