The location was good and good facilities in the villa, ie pool, jacuzzi etc

The neighbour upstairs started throwing Eggs down (i presume they dont like that the villa is rented VV) we couldn't use one side of the house incase one of the children was hit by them. Also the bath leaked through the ceiling and cut the electric (very dangerous!) Also the fact that the ceiling could fall through. The owners are obviously aware as looking back at past reviews tennents have complained about it before. They need to get this fixed for health and safety.

Uma belíssima, enorme e fascinante villa, com amplos espaços ao ar livre, inclusive cobertos, excelente área de churrasco, piscina privativa, dentro da casa havia tudo e a equipe foi muito gentil em tudo

La villa était énorme, les espaces extérieurs fantastiques, y compris la zone BBQ, certaines choses sont un peu vieillottes mais tout fonctionnait

Great size. Repair men were quite quick to sort the toilet, flush and door, and towels were brought to try and deal with the rain flooding in through the roof.

Rain leaked through into 3 upstairs bedrooms and onto 2 beds, into the upstairs main bathroom and into the utility downstairs. The toilet flush didn’t work and the shower was broken in the Jack-and-Jill en-suite, a door wouldn’t open onto the roof terrace, the pool was ice cold, 2 bedrooms are separate from the main house next to the pool. Sun beds were mouldy. Kitchen facilities weren’t great. Flooding through the roof wasted precious time and ruined our holiday. Despite promises of dealing with this as a complaint through customer services, I was ghosted and the history of the chat was claimed to be lost - and I had to start all over again - to no avail. We really should’ve had some money returned for the very poor experience - but they just didn’t want to know.
