A bit of updating is needed, but good value for money

Hot tub was playing up, not heating up. Kitchen wasnt great condition, couldnt find keys at first had to climb through the front window because there was no keys in the keysafe found them inside property.

The pool was amazing and the lounge area was spacious, we also really enjoyed the balcony. The staff did reply to messages sent throughout the stay. Very good amount of towels in the property and it was also a great size.

Upon arrival we had to hunt around for keys as there were no keys in the key safes, the kitchen window in the villa did not lock which meant the villa was not secure. The shower outside did not work and there was no locks on the outside rooms. The shower in the joining room only worked on one setting and the balcony door was broken and did not lock. Also the door to the garage did not lock so if you accidentally opened the garage shutters which did happen anybody could enter the property. There was no baking trays for us to cook with however staff did drop some off on the third day. The washing machine was also broken and a new one was delivered whilst we were there but was not fitted. In the downstairs toilet the bulb on the mirror was all burnt out which seemed like a safety hazarded. On the last day we were all packing and a random male came in and began to clean the pool without any communication or letting us know he was there.

Loose wires, filthy dirty, missing pool tiles, mold in every bathroom, mold around pool, plug sockets falling off, no working showers, broken and unusable washing machine. All in all unsafe, unhygienic and falling apart.

The size of the villa is incredible, including the outdoor areas. We loved the BBQ area but especially the pool. The amenities were truly satisfying.

A few ashtrays in the BBQ area and near the pool would be appreciated.

The size of the outdoor space

It’s filthy dirty, old damaged furnishings. Showers broken and don’t drain. Broken door locks, mould in bath and showers. Broken and dirty outdoor furniture. No alarm or safe. No air conditioning and all fans are filthy. Sticky dirty floors, It’s advertised as 7 bedrooms but 2 are in an outbuilding by the pool and are old and smell damp. They share a bathroom and separate toilet which have no fixed doors. They are saloon style doors which don’t reach the floor so can be seen by everyone sat outside by the pool. There are lots of missing outside wall lights with cables just left. We even had to clean the pool ourselves. The outside kitchen area is beyond usable.

Very nice lay out, good size rooms, lovely pool.

We had issues checking in but this was because of the previous group having a mad party, however the guys reacted and got us checked in while fixing the broken things. Location wise you will need to walk downhill 0.5km to call for a taxi as nobody seems to want to pick you up from villa, apart from that we were really happy with the stay and recommend this villa.

Beautiful villa, maybe even too big, but the garden, pool, and chill-out area are fabulous

A few more ashtrays in the pool area would be nice.
