Luxurious villa 1,5 kilometers from Costa Adeje

It was a good size plenty of room around the pool

It was very dated needed a lot of TLC and very limited in terms of equipment for a family holiday Had to ask for knifes to chop veg etc small pans to boil eggs in not enough fridge space for a family of 10 adults & 3 children Not enough seating either Pool cold was promised hot tub but that was on its last legs so couldn’t be used !! Dishwasher didn’t work and no running hot water in kitchen

The property was massive and was very clean. We did not get disturbed by any local residents as others have said. But we kept ourselves to ourselves. The bbq area and pool were great. Rooms were also not bad at all. All in all It served its purpose for us. We did have to pay a damage deposit of 1200 euros but this was returned without incident or question with 5 days of leaving. Communication was good with the company. The manager let us in and was warm and welcoming. We would absolutely 100% go back and use this again.

There could have been some better kitchen utensils etc. The biggest thing would have been to have Matt’s for the Lou gets around the pool. In the pictures there are Matt’s/ covers but there were non there and this made them a little uncomfortable. It is on a hill… people should not be moaning about this. Good exercise but keeps you out of the way… so we had no issue and we hired a car which could be stored in the garage with electric gates.

One bathroom not aloud to use. Ceiling fell almost hit my 1 year old baby left with big hole in ceiling and foul water dripping in a bin for over a week and ceiling hang held with to bits of metal which ment we couldn’t use front room for over a week of our stay. With foul water dripping and smelling awful. Companies done nothing to fix the problem after we spent £100000 for 3 weeks was so disappointing and ruin are time upstairs shower dose drain away overflows after couple minutes property isn’t safe for rent. Stair to get out of swimming pool fell apart on my 5 year old and cut her leg all open. And trying to keep my deposit for hand prints on patio doors and an outside seat avoid do not book worse stay I have ever had.

Little bit far away from town

Villa was perfect, pool was amazing. Lovely views, lovely host who was there to accommodate when we needed. Looking to book again in a few months
