Luxurious villa 1,5 kilometers from Costa Adeje

The villa its self was spacious and well equipped, beds were broken in the 2 outside rooms and more like camp beds in a few of the other rooms, the pool was lovely but there was no jacuzzi as it was broken. The villa is set at the end of a row of apartments and the outside space is overlooked by residential apartments which after one night out near the end of the 12 nights a Spanish man starting swearing at my daughter because people were talking to loudly (this villa is supposed to accommodate 16 people but we were only 7 ) Because of this the company HEMERAS BOUTIQUE HOMES have refused to give back the €1200 breakages deposit which seems to be a on going way this company will steal your deposit. You can only contact them by WhatsApp if you need anything or there is a problem. Please Google the company and you will see the poor service and the thieves they are. We cleaned the villa for 3 hours before we left so it was better than when we arrived, also replaced an old damaged sunbed at our own cost, but because we were talking late at night ( on holiday ) they are keeping my deposit. BEWARE !!!!!

45 minute walk to the beach down hill, broken beds, no jacuzzi as promised when booking, stuff went missing when we were out and the main problem was the position of the villa, overlooked by residents, not good for people on holiday, if the Spanish man was complaining about something ( talking mainly he would sit and watch my young (20) year old daughters in there bikinis. BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY / VILLA at your own risk, do your research on HEMERAS BOUTIQUE HOMES I wish I did because I would of never booked with this company. If you read the good reviews for this villa they are for 1 or 2 days and are from Italy and Spain where this company is based !!!! Not saying there not real but what solo traveller books a 7 bed villa for one night, BEWARE.

Everything was perfect. There is a lot of space both indoor and outdoor, the beds were comfortable and we will for sure rent this villa again.

We stayed in this beautiful villa, the staff was friendly and very kind, the villa is fantastic and very welcoming, in addition to the proximity to the sea and the surrounding tranquility. Perfect for spending a holiday with the whole family. To complete it all, the beautiful swimming pool with all the comforts to enjoy a beautiful sunny day, in company or in peace. We will definitely be back again next year!

Location was ok, but stuff personal and problems with house was worst thing ever.

First off i booked house with 7 bedrooms (two are with 2 and 4 single beds), on arrival there was just 6 bedrooms and all with double bed. So people who are not couple and dont now each other must sleep in one bed. One day before check out was rain, and all people who was staying at second floor was experienced really crazy night. Water flowed to all beds, all suitcases was wet and also some devices was broken. On morning we almost miss our plane because after flow electricity went off and we can open garage doors. All guesthouse help line phones doesn't answer. Also after check in when we asked for extra blankets stuff was unhelpful!!!
