Luxurious villa 1,5 kilometers from Costa Adeje

Good facilities, large villa with pool, needed help with extra bedding/ beds and was duly accommodated.

The pool is very cold, and Villa is located quite a way up a steep hill.

The pool and Villa were beautiful will be coming back again the hosts were excellent just needed another week there lovely walk down to local bars but took a taxi back with the grandkids but exeptional value for money

A couple of minor issues what have been pointed out to the owners other than this a really brilliant time had by a large family of 14 and would recommend stopping here.

logistics - the phone number on their website and the one given by Booking.com were not correct. But once they contacted me by whatsapp all was ok. I am also concerned that the deposit takes 2 weeks to be refunded, but we will see what happens.

We had a bad experience at the villa our last day was a disaster it rained and our room got flooded mattresses all got wet we all have to move downstairs to the lounge ,our luggage’s got wet.I contacted the host in the morning he read my messages on WhatsApp and never responded ,I reported it to the guy that came to check us out all he said was it never rained in Tenerife so they were not expecting it to rain,I have reported it to booking.com. Secondly the property took a 1200EUR holding deposit and today is the 19th day after check out holding deposit hasn’t been refunded they confirmed we didn’t damage the property,Their property damaged our luggage’s,I have also messaged the host several times about returning holding deposit he read my messages again and never responded,I already raised a dispute with booking.com.The host is dubious stay away if you want your peace.

The outside space was large and private

The check in was chaotic. There was no house number (B1) on the door which meant that we didn’t know which property we should be at. it turned out that B1 is next to A12. how would you know that B1 would be next to A12? All this confusion could have been avoided if the greeter would have been there to meet us between 4 and 5pm as he promised. He turned up at 5.15pm so we were left standing on the pavement for over an hour. what was really annoying was the greeters total indifference to my complaint about keeping us waiting on the pavement in the hot sun, replying that he was very busy The wi-fi is totally inadequate for a property of this size and doesn’t work by the pool which is where you want to spend your time. Dont expect to be able to use the pool as it is not heated and is freezing. it may be ok in July but in December it is way too cold to be enjoyable even though it was 25 degrees every day There are only 13 sunbeds even though the villa sleeps 15. it wasn’t a problem for us but just be aware that if the villa is full you won’t all get a sunbed.

The villa was absolutely awesome! Plenty of space for everyone to do there own thing! Would highly recommend this to anybody.

It's up on the hills, was hard to get a taxi with the language barrier. But I wouldn't let that put you off. This place is brilliant

Just a few more cooking facilities such as glass bowels and saucepan would be better . The iron kept tripping the electricity box
