Luxurious villa 1,5 kilometers from Costa Adeje

A spacious villa with generous indoor and outdoor areas, featuring a beautiful swimming pool and a barbecue area ideal for dining and relaxing with friends and family. The bedrooms, as well as the two large living rooms, offer ample space and comfort throughout. Perfect for anyone looking to spend a few days in total relaxation and comfort, the villa is located in a quiet neighborhood, yet all main amenities are reachable within just 10 minutes.

The water in the pool was a bit cool

Size of the villa, nice and big pool. Ok for the price given the amount of rooms.

Very little attention for details: - only 1 towel per person, not enough for a full week - little to no soap and shower gel in some of the bathrooms - some of the outdoor lights not working - very old kitchen, does the job but not in good conditions

The property would be stunning if it was updated and maintenance was kept up to.

The cups in the villa had chips in them, this was reported to the management team but not rectified. A cup which was taken out of the cupboard hadn’t been washed and a couple of plate were dirty. The chair in the adjoining en-suite was dirty and had seen better days (I have a picture). The beds outside would have been better had they had cushions on. This was supposed to have been a luxurious villa which should have had looked the part. The outside area paint was coming off of the wall. The dining room only had 3 chairs around the table to cater for up to 14 people (we only had 11 people in our party) so couldn’t sit in the dining room to eat. Patio was a nice area. This villa could be made into a gorgeous accommodation with some maintenance and TLC. Certainly not classed as luxurious. Regards Julie Tiernan

The pool water was a bit cold

The Villa is a very good size and would be ideal for an extended family. The accommodation is very tired inside and out and could do with modernisation. It wasn’t very clean, after 5 minutes walking around in bare feet inside, the soles of my feet were black, There were sticky glass ring marks on the tables when we arrived. The cleaning should be any easy fix. Despite the number of bathrooms in the Villa, there wasn’t one bath plug to be found.

We had a relaxing stay at this villa. The spacious rooms and beautiful decor made it feel like a luxury escape. The outdoor kitchen and pool area were perfect for family gatherings. Highly recommend it for anyone seeking a peaceful getaway!
