Aito Igloo & Spa Resort

Die Lage ist super, die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich, der Shuttle Service ist sehr gut um nach Rovaniemi und ins Santa Claus Village zu kommen. Die angebotenen Touren waren auch sehr gut. Spa Bereich ist gut um zu entspannen.

Entgegen der Ankündigung, dass man im Falle von Polarlichtern die ganze Nacht durch informiert wird, geschieht das scheinbar nur zu Bürozeiten bis 22 Uhr. Das Badezimmer wurde während des ganzen Aufenthalts von 6 Tagen kein einziges Mal geputzt. Die Preise im Restaurant sind im obersten zumutbaren Bereich, aber das Essen ist gut.

Our honeymoon at Aitoo Igloo & Spa Resort was simply incredible. The staff were truly dear, making every effort to ensure our stay was perfect. They embraced our special moment and made us feel honored to have chosen them. From complimentary desserts to a wonderful sauna experience, every detail was impeccable. The igloo was warm and cozy by the lakeside, and the team embodied everything you’d expect from Finnish hospitality. We can’t recommend them enough to everyone! The breakfast was fantastic—we ate incredibly well! The staff went above and beyond, even arranging activities for us when many places had stopped due to melted snow. They found other farms so we could enjoy a husky ride. Truly, they were incredibly kind, attentive, and such wonderful partners in making our honeymoon special.

Le lieu éloigné de la ville était intéressant, calme et tranquille. Le restaurant était très agréable, le buffet du petit déjeuner était varié, le repas du soir, burger et bière étaient excellents! L'accès au spa était compris dans notre séjour.

Il était prévu selon la réservation de profiter d'un logement dans les arbres. A la place nous avons reçu un logement dans l'hôtel. L'annonce et les photos sur booking sont trompeurs! Faites bien attention au moment de la réservation si vous souhaitez séjourner dans les arbres!! La piscine du spa était fraiche.
