Abbiamo alloggiato nell' igloo, atmosfera pazzesca. Il clima eccellente.

L'unica pecca è che nell igloo non puoi fare la doccia per questioni di spazi non è presente

Gorgeous property in an unbelievable location. Luxury off the beaten path. We went in February and the entire area is a winter wonderland. Great staff, good choice of activities, and decent onsite restaurants. The husky sled ride, reindeer sled ride, and the aurora photography tour are all must do’s. The husky self drive ride was my favorite. The included breakfast was very good and we had dinner at the main restaurant (Wildwoods) which also good. We stayed in the tree house which was very nice. The sauna and dip in the frozen lake was quite the experience - highly recommended! The staff is an eclectic mix of people from around the world and they are professional, courteous, and provide great service. Truly an experience for the bucket list.

One area we felt could improve was the casual bar/restaurant (Aurora Grill). Both times we went there we felt it was understaffed and the one person who was there could have provided better service. Took him forever to bring the menu to us, then to take the order, and then to serve us. Also the cocktails could definitely use more spirits … the pour was way too light. We were also quite surprised that there was no shuttle pickup from the Rovaniemi train station at all and not even a shuttle pickup or drop off from the city center to coincide with the arrival and departure times of the train from Helsinki (the Santa Express) that I imagine a fair amount of visitors arrive on. When we got in, we were in no hurry so we took the 20 minute walk to town and killed an hour eating breakfast at an excellent coffee shop at the pickup point, but for the return journey we just called a cab to avoid leaving at 6:00am for a 9:20 train departure time.

Kuzey ışıklarını hemen otelin önünden izlemek güzeldi. Ayrıca kahvaltı ve spa’sı da baya iyiydi.

Odalar çok küçüktü.

Ottimo resort immerso nel verde e nella natura , davanti a un magnifico lago , tutto al meglio dallo staff alla camera, bagno ,SPA cena e colazione ottima , per un meraviglioso relax , super consigliato , ci ritorneremo volentieri

ロバニエミ市内でのアクティビティには行きにくいと思っていましたが、施設から予約することもできました。 なにより施設は素晴らしく、ある朝施設を見学するためのバスがいたりしました。 晩御飯を心配しましたが、施設のレストランはロバニエミ市内と変わらない値段のアラカルトが提供されていて、しかもすごく美味しかったです。市内で行くべきレストラン以上の美味しさでした。 景色は良いし、スタッフはアクティビティへの相談をすごく一生懸命に考えてくれました。 フィンランドが好きになり、また行きたいと思う旅行になりました。

この施設のオーロラツアーは３時間です。オーロラを追いかけて８時間くらいスウェーデンまで走ってくれるツアーは、ピックアップ場所が市内に限られていて、このは入っていません。行きはシァトルバスで市内まで行けますが、自力で夜中に帰ってくることは難しく課題です。
