My stay at this property was extremely disappointing, despite assurances before my arrival that previous issues had been resolved. Unfortunately, my experience proved otherwise, and I encountered multiple unacceptable problems: The room was still dirty at check-in, even though I had been told I could arrive around 12:00. No alternative (such as luggage storage) was offered. The bathroom sink in the first apartment was completely clogged and would not drain. The fridge contained leftover open food that I had to clean out myself. The pillows had no pillowcases, which was unhygienic. After being moved to another apartment, I found dirty towels and poorly functioning bathroom fixtures (the shower and sink sprayed uncontrollably). No one offered to help us with the move. Most alarming, the keycards from a neighboring room could open my door, and at 2:00 a.m. someone actually entered my room using them. This was a serious security breach that left me feeling unsafe. Whenever I tried calling for help, no one answered the phone. I raised all these concerns, asked for compensation, and requested management follow-up. To this day, I have not been contacted in any way — except that I have already been sent the invoice. The lack of cleanliness, professionalism, support, and above all security made this stay unacceptable. I cannot recommend this property to anyone.

Parking, parking, parking! Not really a place to stay if you have a car. Stuff did not communicate truth about the parking - it is close to impossible to find a parking at the street, as they suggested, so we paid over 100 euros for less 2 days of parking. This was not fair. Also place is quite noisy from the crowd on the street, so not really a quiet place, if you need a good rest. It's more of a place for singles/couples/ very young folks

Great location. Windows were excellent at blocking out street noise. Balcony was a nice surprise extra. Air con kept the apartment generally cool. Loved the instruction video on how to get in - a great idea. Would definitely stay again - anything we didn't like was minor.

Air con unit was in living room so when bedroom door was shut it didn't reach and it was too noisy to open the windows. A fan in the bedroom would be a good addition. Need new pillows for the sofa bed and it was very hard, so could do with a topper or something. Only one key card between three of us - an additional one would be useful.

The room looks okay, but the cleaning was just terrible and it doesnt really compensate for the sketchy entrance and route to get to the room.

The entrance into the building is very sketchy and the whole area feels sbit unsafe. Then you enter and it looks terrible, and then you enter the elevator which looks so incredibly unsafe and sketchy. We went up to our room, our sheets were reverse on the bed, and it smelled like someone already used them. There were hairs on our bed and the floors were dusty and obviously not sweeped or vacuumed. We decided to leave because everything felt uncomfortable and we just checked into a hotel in the centre.
