What a little gem of a place. Rob the owner was very helpful in letting us know places to visit locally. The Barn itself its so cosy and very well equipped. Loved playing card games in the dining room and just generally relaxing watching films. The location is beautiful also as rhe Barn leads out on to a river which is a great place to walk the dog. Would highly recommend a cosy break at the Barn. Thank you for the experience 👍

A WONDERFUL PLACE .EVERYTHING YOU COULD EVER NEED.VERY NICE PEOPLE.

There was nothing i did not like.The fishing was a little slow .much weed and slime on the bottom of the river.This due to the lack of rain.The river cannot flush it out.I however loved spending the day by the beautiful river.A few good bites .

Location is peaceful, accommodation was lovely! The owner was friendly and helpful on arrival

No dislikes just one comment the bend the entrance is on could do with a mirror to see cars as if you coming towards the accommodation which sits right on a bend is very hard to see around if at all , just an act of extra safety really

The barn was amazing, lovely and clean. Liz and rob was amazing hosts. Liz gave us a tour of the barn, garden and riverbank and gave us recommendations on places to visit. Kids absolutely loved being here and even said they'd love to live there permanently. It's so peaceful even with the farm animals lol and the barn was spotless. Beds was made upon arrival too. Photos don't do this place justice.

Nothing that we didn't like

From the moment we booked everything has been fantastic. The communication has been above and beyond to make sure we could plan everything and squeeze as much as we could into our trip. We were given a warm greeting on arrival by Liz and were shown around the barn where any questions were answered. The accommodation itself - just beautiful, everything we had hoped it would be. Everything you need is provided, it has been well laid out and has a cosy warm feel to it. There's plenty of space with comfy furniture and a pretty garden which is secure for the dog. This leads out directly from the garden and you can walk alongside the river which is very picturesque. There are goats which you can watch out of the window, these were the highlight of our mornings as they are absolutely adorable, I could have stayed and watched them all day!! Liz went the extra mile to help us while we were there and also let my son see all her wonderful animals which made his day.
