Location is good with variety of restaurants, pubs and a grocery shop near the building. Metro & bus stations are near to the property. Although the building and it's elevator are very old but the apartment interiors are very well done.

Paper kitchen rolls are a must in the kitchen. I had to buy it. Although there was one cloth kitchen towel but if you use it you have to wash it every day that's why I didn't use it. I saw a space for washing machine but the machine was missing. Property owners should see into these 2 points. Rest all was good.

Für das bezahlte Geld bekamen wir eine völlig andere Wohnung. Lügner. Sie versuchten, uns das Gegenteil zu beweisen, obwohl die Website nur Fotos enthielt. Der Eingang war einfach nur schrecklich, wie in einem Horrorfilm, extrem laut. Die versprochene Aussicht auf die Stadt, das große Fenster – alles nur Lüge . Wir bekamen eine winzige Wohnung, und das Warmwasser fiel ständig aus.

Me gustó la limpieza y la ubicación además del precio

Se había estropeado la persiana, era imposible bajarla y no había cortinas que impidieran la entra de luz por lo que al amanecer a las 05:00 am en la ciudad, conciliar el sueño y tener privacidad era inviable. En cuanto a las toallas dejan una solo de baño por persona, ni toalla de manos ni para el pelo… tuve q pedir una para el pelo y la trajeron eso si, pero el servicio era incompleto. Por último había un hornillo que daba pena, estaba sucio y desgastado

The room was clean and nicely furnished.

The entrance looked like something from a horror movie: damaged walls, an extremely old elevator, and a generally dirty atmosphere. Access to the building was controlled by a proxy fob system, but I was given the wrong code at first and couldn’t enter. I eventually had to wait for another person to leave the building so I could get inside. Very frustrating experience.
