Ideal location and modern kitchen/bathroom.

There were various issues on arrival - bed not fully made up with pillowcases missing, WiFi not working, dirty dishes left behind in the microwave. When we contacted the host it was an AI bot. We received the missing pillowcase after complaining but the WiFi was not fixed despite promises it would be, and the dirty dishes were not cleaned up either.

Locatie. Alles lag in de buurt.

I was in #1 and could smell a strong scent of water damage/cat litter in the hall leading to the units and inside of my unit. The bed had a body odor. The throw pillows were stained, towels stained, carpet stained and very dirty. The walls were scuffed top to bottom including a hole above the bed. It seemed that every item/appliance was broken in some way, the shower head fell apart. You talk to an AI for the company and I see why there are no refunds. I checked in at night and too late to find accommodation but left early in the morning. I counted my money lost for the remainder of the booking. It should not be listed on here nor have this rating. I don't know how they do but IT IS NOT LIKE THE PHOTOS. This must be a scam and I reported it as such. DO NOT BOOK!!!!!!

A nice, modern room with a comfortable bed and a large bathroom and air condition. It's close to the metro station, which allows you to explore further parts of the city, or you can walk to the city center in about 20 minutes.

Lack of basic cooking equipment, such as pots and pans. No sugar, tea, coffee, paper towels, etc. Contact with the owner before arrival was very good, but during the stay, the conversation was only with a chatbot. We had additional request for fresh towels and additional rolls of toilet paper, but they were not met (duration of stay - one week). The Owner did not even supply with basic cleaning products in the room.

Location is good

On the first day of my stay, I came back to my apartment at 35 Wesselényi utca in the evening and there was an electrical fire, as I understood it because of the pizzeria that was in the building. I had to investigate the situation myself with the firefighters and the locals, because the hotel customer service only told me “we were not informed about it”. Because of the FIRE, there was no electricity in the building, there was a strong smell of smoke, and I refused to stay in that room for the night and asked them to find me a replacement among their other apartments. They agreed to give me another apartment only for the next day. I had to look for another hotel in the middle of the night in a country I didn't know on my own. We agreed that they would compensate me for that night, BUT A MONTH HAS PASSED AND I HAVE NOT RECEIVED A REFUND. Many of the comments below say that their SUPPORT IS USELESS, and I have seen it for myself, in critical situations, be sure they will just IGNORE you. The next day, I was moved to an apartment at 62 Akacfa Street, where SAFETY IS JUST A JOKE FOR THEM. The door to the room was temporary and had a huge gap, and the door would not close until you found the exact position of the handle in which it was possible. The door to the common room had a key card lock, but it didn't work! Very safe for a woman traveling alone, right? - PHOTOS on booking DO NOT CORRESPOND to the room you get, they will give you one of the apartments they have. Never ever stay at BQA Budapest Quality Accommodations if you don’t want to stay disappointed

Great central location. Close to a lot of very good restaurants and not far from all the main sights. Apartment is comfortable for a short stay.

The apartment given to us was not the one we reserved. Very similar but did not have all the listed amenities available. We messaged the host to ask for an iron and did not get a response. 8 hours later some man just let himself into our apartment after knocking only once. Apparently he was the maintenance man that came to fix the hair dryer but had mixed up the apartments. After telling him that our request was the iron not the hair dryer another man rocked up half an hour later and also let himself in without knocking. Poor communication and the apartment clearly needs an extra lock on top of the key card.

The apartment was everything I needed as a solo traveler - small but comfy and beautiful. Location was EXCELLENT and I had a great time! Definitely recommend it :)

The door is made of glass with no curtains, so sunlight comes in at sunrise, which was problematic for a late sleeper like me 😂 Also, there was no key-lock, only by card (like hotels), which felt a bit unsecured due to it being in a locals building..
