W35- Boutique Apartments, Best Location by BQA

great value for money, not exactly the room in the picture, but just the same facilities. the room was nice and clean, the location is great, most attractions are walking distance (about 30 minutes to the parlament). staff was nice, randomly got to meet the owners and they were very friendly. highly recommend

i would have liked it id we received maybe 2 towels per person for our somewhat longer stay, but aside from that everything was great

The building, the first impact is to run away from this, also we don't receive the apartment that was presented in the pictures in the booking, was something similar but not the one that I book

When booking this place, like in any place, you have more options for the available apartments as there were more in the same complex I guess. When choosing and also after booking, you see the photos of the apartment you get. These photos were not right as the actual apartment I got simply was not the one in the photos: it was smaller, no table near the kitchen as it was visible in the photos and the bathroom was also smaller and had a worse layout than the one in the photos. I’m not saying the apartment is bad but showing photos of another apartment while actually getting a different one is not acceptable.

The location is really excellent, the value for what you spend is good. Felt quiet and clean.

You don't talk to humans but AI via whatsapp messages which I found very frustrating. I was contacted by two different numbers, asking the same things, soliciting check in procedures more than once even after it was done and we had to get someone in the room to fix the shower that was broken. Both shower and sink didn't drain the water well, I told them but nothing was done about it. We were only given one towel for four nights and has to ask twice to be given another one. The beds are uncomfortable but hey, you get what you pay for so overall the complaint is mostly for having to deal with AI and the issues with the bathroom.

Clean. Modern and excellent standard of furnishings. Nice and warm (stayed in middle of winter). Safe. Couldn’t hear noise from outside street. Nice big window/ plenty of natural light. Great host- good communication, recommendations, answered any queries immediately.

Just a couple of minor things (but not enough to knock a point off); Doors slamming throughout 2/4 nights- from surrounding flats ?inside same annex- had to wear earplugs to avoid being woken up repeatedly- not sure if this is something the host could control/ improve at all. No wardrobe or drawers to store clothes- I feel there was space for one of these options.
