A lot of dust and not clean. Could upgrade the apartement with new couch, have chairs and a table in the main room, have hooks in the bathroom for towels...

PLPodsumowanie pobytu w mieszkaniu w Trondheim (dotyczy reklamacji) Nasz pobyt w wynajętym mieszkaniu w Trondheim niestety nie spełnił podstawowych standardów czystości i komfortu. Po przyjeździe zastaliśmy lokal w bardzo złym stanie: • Mieszkanie było nieposprzątane – wszędzie zalegał kurz, łazienka i toaleta były brudne, a w pralce znajdowało się niewyjęte pranie. • Pościel była pomięta, porozrzucana po mieszkaniu i miała bardzo nieprzyjemny, stęchły zapach, który czuliśmy jeszcze przez kolejne dwa dni. • Do dyspozycji trzech dorosłych osób otrzymaliśmy tylko jeden komplet kluczy, co znacznie utrudniło nasz pobyt i swobodne poruszanie się. Ze względu na powyższe okoliczności uważamy, że nasz pobyt znacząco odbiegał od standardu przedstawionego w ofercie i oczekujemy 50 % rekompensaty za poniesiony dyskomfort.

FIThe location of the apartment is really good.
The washing machine and dryer were full of sheets. The “clean” sheets in the wardrobe smelled like they had been left wet in the washing machine for several days. There was only one clean towel, and not enough sheets. The remote controls had dead batteries, there was no toilet paper, no squeegee for drying the shower, no microwave or electric kettle, and definitely no air conditioning—just the building’s mechanical ventilation system. With a little effort, the place could have been functional. Now I regretted having paid in advance.
PLWe could not get inside the apartment for over 2 hours. When finally the owner answered our messages it was already after 1 am and it turned out the apartment was not prepared. We had to change the sheets ourselves. Despite the promise, the owner did not give us any compensation and we had to file a complaint via booking.com. Highly not recommend

Small bedrooms, no dining table
ESI highly recommend this apartment. The owner was very friendly and helpful at all times. He was even understanding about a minor mishap we caused intentionally. The best part is the location close to all the attractions. The apartment has a washer and dryer, which are definitely very useful. It also comes with plenty of towels and bed linens. Four of us were there, and we highly recommend it.
