Here's an updated version of your response, incorporating the additional points: --- - There were fewer towels than described. - There were no bathrobes, and the ones present were dirty. - The bed linens were hanged up and completely wet, making them unusable. This left us with stained bedding that we couldn't cover, as well as pillows without pillowcases, which were also wet and stained. - The listing did not mention any requirement for cleaning before checkout.
CHOne suggestion for the host: please have the clean bed linen and duvet cover ready on the bed (and please also write on the description that guests have to make their own bed if you don’t provide this service! Some people may feel to have fresh bed ready is the minimum service even they book an apartment). The location is good for exiting the city and surrounding areas is nice.
The kitchen ventilation is defected. It runs all the time which is noisy in the night.

NONOCheck in was easy and hassle free. The apartment is nice and got what you need. It is within walking distance from the city centre and close to restaurants and shopping galleries.
