Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in dieser Ferienwohnung! Die Lage ist wirklich unschlagbar – mitten im Zentrum von Como, alles ist zu Fuss erreichbar: See, Restaurants, Läden und der Bahnhof. Die Wohnung entspricht genau der Beschreibung, ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen Kurzurlaub braucht. Alles war sauber und gepflegt, wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an wohlgefühlt. Der Kontakt mit dem Gastgeber war unkompliziert und er war gut erreichbar.

Location was great.

The bathroom was full of mold in the shower. The WiFi was not working the first day. The door lock was difficult to use. The air conditioning was left t at a high temperature. Not American temperature.

Location is excellent it overlooks the Dumo and the the lake Como and close to everything. Towels and tooth brushes, shampoos and soap were generous and provided. Bed sheets were clean.

It was right in front of the church so it’s noisy with bells ringing every 15 min. A lot of ants in the apartment and up the ceiling were some insects. You have to carry the luggage as the lift doesn’t start before and it was unpleasant. Old building but inside the apartment was renovated. Dark stairs and check in was not easy very weird door lock but at the end it worked.

Location is excellent, views of the Duomo and the lake from the balcony Short walk to the ferry, plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. Apartment is modern and well equipped The second toilet is a plus for a group of 6

Stairs to access the property. There is a lift but you have to go through the stairs (quite steep) first. Not ideal when you are carrying big suitcases or a pushchair

The location and the view and the size of the house was perfect! Everything you could need in your stay in Como is in this house!

Very loud - dog next door barked throughout the night and sounded like it was in our apartment. The bells rang early in the morning and were loud as well. Some amenities were missing or broken (chair, shower door, wine opener). I let the staff know of this and they were kind and apologetic.
