The church noise , street noise , not very clean , door locker is not fixed , long stairs not mentioned before booking. The land lord is not supportive at all, as the AC was not working and professional response or support. As he replied nothing to do.

The location is more then perfect, it has 2 restrooms which makes it comfortable and convenient for crowds large than a single couple.The kitchen is fully furnished and equiped, a washing machine with detergent ready is a nice touch on top.The view from the balcony is breathtaking.

Registration form and approval turnaround times could be improved upon

Wonderful appartment in the midst of Como with wonderful balcony and stunning view on the Domo AND the lake. Tastefully furnished with all the comfort you need. With two large bedrooms perfectly fitting for our family of 5 - our parents, my wife, me and our small 2y old son.

The online check in process is creepy, long and nasty. In the end I called the given number and reached a human voice and got the adress and description of check in. Which in the end went like magic, pretty techy. The steps to the appartment are pretty steep. In the bathroom the door to the shower was malfunctioning.

I liked everything, from the remote door opening to the location.

Nothing.
