Entire 2 bedroom house.

Nice decor and well presented with a nice touch with the the breakfast tray , with little cereals boxes with tea, coffee, sugar sachets. They even had little milk sachets but I felt these should have been in the fridge.

I did not feel the property was completely finished off as there were things that I’ve been missing even though this apartment was booked last year. There was no mirrors in the bedroom’s apart from the bathroom , so drying your hair you could not see how to style your hair or do your make up , you had to go into the bathroom. The storage heater did not work in the double bedroom or bathrooms, so it was a little chilly upstairs .. The basin in upstairs bathroom is tiny , tiny … The bathroom flooded because there was no shower rubber underneath the bottom shower door so that was unexpected. There was no condiments in the kitchen, so things like Salt-N-Pepa etc, where missing so we had to ask for some salt for our meal as we did not think to bring any of these things, in the kitchen there was very limited cutlery and plates and saucers , you have to wash your plate up if you want to use it more than once due to only being 3 of everything.. When we arrive, there are no towels or soap in the bathrooms., but these where rectified quickly, by the gentleman next door , but we found the towels in the morning after ,in the drawers. We could not find the wi fi code so we had to ask the gentleman next door which was supposed to be left on the tray in the living room ( we did find it when we went to bed on the bedside cabinet upstairs) , but I ended up taking a picture of the wi fi code in the gentleman’s conservatory where the broadband for the 3 houses was..! We could not get the TV on as there was no instructions on how to use it , we we did manage to get it on after 30 mins and we wanted to watch Hawaii Five-0 and it came up with needing a PIN number on the programme that you had to input before 9pm,?? I contacted the owner by phone but it rang out, so I texted the owner asking for help , the response was who is this ??

The location was exactly why we chose the property.

The beds were so uncomfortable that we packed our belongings and left the house at 1am as we couldn't sleep in them. The lighting was really poor which made the house so dismal. And more to the point most of the heating units don't work at all - it looks like the fuses had all burnt out, I'm just glad we hadn't stayed a couple of weeks earlier when the weather was so cold - it would have been unbearable.

Location was very good, close to everything we wanted. Kitchen well equipped. Beds comfy. Accommodation clean. Very good chinese delivered to our door.

Downstairs toilet a little awkward due to the position of the toilet.

Excellent location next to golf course. Hosts were superb even lending me pegs to put my washing out.

Wifi wasn't the best and more cooking utensils needed in kitchen.

The host was helpful and was reachable. The communication was quite smooth. Overall a well appointed house with all the essentials!

One heater in the main bedroom didn’t switch on but since the corridor one was operating, we were able to manage. The floor carpet was damaged in one place and the bed cover was a bit gawky!

Well stocked. Clean. Hadn't location. Comfortable beds. The welcome pack was an amazing touch. Friendly hosts.

The house was exactly what we needed for the weekend. My daughter was competing at the Sandwell Aquatics Centre, a short drive away, and the house was great for relaxing in the evening and a good sleep!

The only slight issue was that the bathroom door was difficult to close, and from an equipment perspective there was no tin opener, so we had to borrow from the neighbours.

Quiet location, beautiful house, great facilities.

Lovely house. Had (almost) everything we needed. Was clean and fresh feeling. Felt cosy, good quality finish to bedding and fixtures and fittings. Brilliant shower! We only stayed one night, but will definitely return. Much better than a hotel. Easy parking too.

Only one small issue was that there was no bedroom mirrors or chair to do hair and make-up.
