Entire 2 bedroom house.

Nice modern space, with lovely touches like the breakfast cereal and soap in the bathroom. Easy to get to and very accessible from the instructions given. Good Tv with options to view Netflix and YouTube for the kids. Lovely host. Would recommend.

Bedding didn’t seem very clean in twin room. Dried saliva on one pillow. Tiny sink in the main bathroom. No dishwasher which we didn’t mind for one night but would have been nice if we were staying and eating there over a longer period.

It was very clean,comfortable a very safe gated community quiet very nice neighbours we felt very safe as a family staying in this property and the host was very helpful when we needed to call for the WiFi password we will definitely stay again and recommend to family and friends.

It was nice location nice house had all the facilities near to black country living museum,great comucation not far from shops & takeaways had all information in book which was great good price we would stay again thankyou 😀

Being total honest not complaining but little things i would get sorted for guests, Toilet in downstairs made us laugh as can't shut door, Toilet needs moving to right of wall long ways & cupboard upstairs bathroom above towel rail sticks out so far when use litle sink got make sure don't knock yourself when turn round,we sleep we slept in single beds need black out blind in double room as light shinning though,not sure what loud noise is all night can only describe as sounds like someone using electric sander it may be heat source pump but it's loud,no remote for tv In single bed bedroom,just few things make it perfect stay 😀

The host provided excellent service! The facilities of the apartment was great. Felt like home and was very comfortable even though we was only at the apartment for a night. Definitely would recommend!

Clear instructions for key lock box. Nice complimentary welcome tray. Very clean.

Close to a busy road with constant traffic noise. No cover for the skylight in the double room meant light from sunrise after not much sleep from persistent unidentified house noise/humming. Dinner service bowls extremely small! A full size baking tray would be useful. Laundry smelt strongly of detergent Poor wifi Bathroom and other internal doors do not shut properly. One of the bulbs in the kitchen is flickering and needs changing

Entire upper floor was very hot, there were no fans so there was nothing to do but put up with it. WiFi had awful signal and wouldn't stay connected to any device

Lovely clean house with private car park and perfect location. Check in was really easy and the hosts were friendly and welcoming. Ted was a little star. Nice to sit outside in the evenings. It is great little home from home.

No window in double room and velux window difficult to open, therefore very hot & stuffy - a fan was provided. Bathroom door doesn't close and sink is too small for use. The downstairs toilet is difficult to use as it's too close to the door. Suggestions - The velux window could do with a sliding blind as you are awoken very early morning by daylight directly above you. Mirrors in bedrooms and another bedside table in double would be good. A microwavable bowl would be useful.
