The Stable Annexe with hot tub & horses

The place has loads of different animals in the garden that are friendly and very cute (micropigs, chickens, ducks, dogs and of course the tiny horses). The hot tub was relaxing after a long day. Wine glasses, ice bucket and hot-tube lights were also provided, which really added to the experience. The host was really attentive, she'd thought about all the little details, which made the stay even more perfect.

It was in immaculate condition! You can tell teresa takes really great care in what she does!! She was extremely welcoming & had absolutely everything covered in what you’d need for your stay! 100% recommend

This is so quirky, very well thought out. There are a couple of little horses, some ducks and piglets it was just so lovely to be amongst nature. Nothing was too much trouble and the bedroom has ensuite toilet and there is a rain shower outdoors which is really unique and nice and warm. It was very easy to find and there was a lovely pub a short stroll away. We did a 2 mile walk along the riverbank just through a gate near to the pub. Some fantastic views of the planes taking off from coningsby - a short drive to the viewing area too.

When we used the hot tub in the rain (it was gorgeous) there was no where for our dry towel but it wasn't an issue we just had a laugh about it. The hot tub is just brilliant and had a canopy over it and we really felt chilled afterwards.

Wow this place is as absolute gem!! Teresa is so lovely nothing is too much trouble. Had great chats and great advise of places to go. Great food, we had the lamb, pancakes and bacon baps. Me and my husband came for a minimoon, when we arrived Teresa presented us with just married balloons!! How lovely and just goes to show how wholesome she really is. The annexe is lovely and cosy the hot tub is awesome the animals are so looked after and will follow you around so friendly even the chickens. The doggies molly and lilly are so sweet we fell in love with them!! The place will not disappoint. We miss you all already and we will be back soon ❤️ and sorry about the cone hopefully a new one with be with you by monday 😅

Amazing find. Quirky, comfortable accommodation, fantastic hot tub in a lovely secluded position. Outdoor rain shower just perfect and little extras were an added bonus 😊

Location of place was wonderful calming and peaceful especially if you like military jets. Mrs T was lovely and bubbly woman that made us feel right at home.Hottub and the aminals the surroundings and breakfast was a bonus really good prices and was delicious will definitely be back for sure until next time 😊

Teresa was an exceptional host who made us feel very welcome & relaxed as soon as we got there. We loved everything from the location, the amenities, the hot tub, the coziness of the stable annexe & most of all the animals, especially Molly who we wanted to take home with us
