The Stable Annexe with hot tub & horses

We had the most wonderful time the accommodation was gorgeous and really comfortable slept wonderfully, it’s decorated beautifully and want for nothing everything had been thought of with toiletries extra blankets and comforts, the animals are just wonderful my daughter adored them the spa and outdoor shower exceptional as well as the wonderful fire pit. It was perfect and came away feeling relaxed and refreshed.

The stable annexe is such a good find - there has obviously been so much thought put into the place by the host. Facilities were great and not lacking at all. The rainshower was very refreshing and relaxing, as was the hot tub. The animals were so lovely and friendly. The host was very thoughtful and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

Perfect weekend away for my girlfriend and I. Amazing place run by amazing people, nothing was too much trouble, the accommodation was perfect and the animals and little touches for my partner's birthday made the stay even better. We will be back 100%

Owner was very accommodating and welcoming to her home during our stay. We loved her passion for animals and how she made the animals an integral part of our experience. Nothing was too much trouble and we really felt at home away from home. The stable is beautiful and cosy. It really does accommodate the needs of every type of person. Will absolutely be coming back. Everything was perfect.

The host was amazing, contacted us before the trip to get to know us more and about our stay, what facilities she had. Kept in contact over the duration of the stay making sure we had everything we needed. The place had everything we needed we took toiletries etc and found she had everything there anyway. We got engaged during the trip and the host was so lovely, amazing place to celebrate. The stable is so cozy, perfect for couples. There’s friendly animals roaming around too. It’s close to the village by car where there’s restaurants and shops. Easy drive to Lincoln too for a day out

Teressa was kind and friendly. She made a lovely curry. The hot tub was fab. Teressa also agreed to refund us for the 2 nights we didn’t stay

This is a hard review as Teressa is very defensive about any criticism. It wasn’t for us so we only stayed for 1 night instead of 3. We didn’t feel that the description and other 5 star reviews gave an accurate representation of the accommodation. Too makeshift for us and the draughty shed with the shower outside was a long way off an aromatherapy spa. Found alternative places to stay. It could well be a “marmite” property so make your own mind up!!
