The Stable Annexe with hot tub & horses

The place is just beautiful. All the quirkiness that Teresa has invested in this property is just superb, making our 30th wedding anniversary stay a little ‘pearl’ we will remember. The animals were a delight to see each day. Teresa went above and couldn’t do enough as a host, decorating the place and cooking an anniversary evening meal along with breakfast the next morning.

This was a place to stay like no other! Beautiful, inspired, quirky and much loved! We appreciate how much thought and passion has gone into every corner of this property and its surroundings. We were made to feel so welcome and were introduced to all the gorgeous, friendly animals. The hot tub was a dream, watching the sun go down through a beautifully lit archway, surrounded by nature. The sore rate shower building was simply beautiful - it felt like stepping into a spa! There were so many thoughtful little touches, we especially loved the big, fleecy hoodies that were available to pop on after being in the hot tub

Our stay at the Stable Annexe was nothing short of exceptional. We came as a family, and from the moment we arrived, Teresa made us feel completely at home. She’s an incredible host—so warm, welcoming, and thoughtful. Nothing was too much trouble, and she truly went above and beyond to make my birthday unforgettable. Arriving to balloons and birthday banners was such a lovely and personal surprise. The whole place felt like a peaceful retreat. The fire pit experience was incredible, and the fairy lights wrapped around the hot tub made the evenings feel absolutely magical. Teresa also gave us treats to feed the animals, which was such a sweet and unique experience—our whole family loved it. The animals were so friendly and full of charm. Another highlight was Teresa’s amazing cooking. We had both the full English breakfast and her pancakes—each one was an absolute delight! She’s a fantastic cook, and it made our mornings feel extra special. The sensory shower was pure bliss, offering the perfect way to unwind and truly relax. Every little detail at the annexe is designed to help you let go of life’s day-to-day stresses. With local amenities nearby and the beautiful city of Lincoln just a short drive away, there’s plenty to explore if you wish. But honestly, the annexe is so lovely and tranquil, you may not want to leave at all. We had the most relaxing and memorable time as a family and can’t wait to return. Highly recommended in every way!

The only suggestion we had was a long mirror upstairs to get ready. This could be put on the all below the clock.

Such a beautiful property. Absolutely in awe with the intricate details to ensure a happy & comfortable stay. Resident dog Molly kept us company & showed us around all evening. Would highly recommend if you are an animal lover and love the outdoors.
