The Stable Annexe with hot tub & horses

Such a beautiful place & a fantastic host! We felt very welcomed by Teresa & her adorable animals! The setting is stunning, with plenty of character! We were served bacon baps, slow cooked lamb & a fabulous cheeseboard! The hot tub was an added bonus in a beautiful, peaceful setting amongst colour changing lights! A fantastic way to spend our wedding anniversary. Thank you!

Everything was beyond perfect! The owners are so friendly , teresa greeted us with a warm smile and explained everything in great depth. We then greeted all the wonderful animals . This place really is a little peace of heaven , the facilities are just fantastic , the environment , the quirkiness , this place has been created out of love and it shows . My daughter had the walk my pony experience and wow it was just so lovely and magical and we learnt so much about warrior the miniature pony , We loved every second of our whole stay and we will most definitely be back ! Oh and the pancakes are a must! Thank you for our amazing stay . Honestly this place is a must …. Cannot pick any fault at all. Incredible x

The living area was set really well with a lot of great features and a lot of history, on show as well the hot tub area was set out really well and a great hot tub. The animals was very welcoming and a pleasure to be around. We will definitely be back.

Teresa was such a fantastic host. She absolutely went above and beyond to make sure we had a brilliant stay. The annexe is lovely and having the animals around was such a nice attribute. The hot tub was secluded and very peaceful to relax in on an evening. We would highly recommend Teresa's pancakes and bacon for breakfast! If you're a plane enthusiast like we are then you get to see lots of action out of RAF Conningsby - practically at the bottom of the runway which was right up our street. We did lots of exploring and found it was an ideal location for Tattershall Castle, The Petwood Hotel, Lincoln and the coast. We would definitely recommend The Stable Annexe and we hope to return one day!

What a wonderfull place. So relaxing and peacefull. Was lovely meeting the animals they are so cute. The annexe was bigger than i expected and absolutely perfect in every way. Watched the jets go overhead and relaxed in hot tub. Has its own firepit garden and even a gin bar. I would 100% recommend this place to everyone and Teresa is an outstanding lovely host. Will definately be booking again.

Absolutely brilliant stay at the Annexe retreat. My son loves animals, so this was perfect. The host was absolutely lovely and let my son help feed the animals and introduced them all. Breakfast was delicious! The Annexe itself was very charming and cosy, with little added touches for a great experience. Great facilities, and we loved the hot tub. Beautiful gardens with twinkly lights and little friends, I'd highly recommend it, and we will definitely book again!

The property was clean and comfortable. The service was brilliantly and the food was excellent.

The host was very helpful and made our stay very special. Hot tub was lovely as was all the wonderful animals. The location is quiet and we had a nice walk along the river. Accommodation was comfy with everything we needed, breakfast was great and we asked Theresa if she could make us a cheeseboard for our arrival, she excelled it was fantastic! The garden is magical and we loved the fire pit. You can see some great old planes flying around.
