The while place was very welcoming and charming very clean the animals are lovely and Teresa couldn't do enough for us she is very lovely and welcoming we will be back ❤️

Teresa couldnt have been a better host. She's thought of everything. Lovely, quirky annex very clean the hot tub was amazing. The animals were also lovely. We also had breakfast, it was delicious. We will be back.

Such a good hearted welcoming host who could not do enough for us during our stay, lovely little touches around the place and you can tell genuine thought has been put in to everything. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

All of it. I loved how clean and peaceful the place was. The food Teresa made was exceptional and I liked there were lots of extras available for purchase in case we wanted them instead of going to the shop. The hot tub was the best we’ve ever used. Very large and clean with all jets working.

There wasn’t anything we didn't like. The place was beautiful and exceeded our expectations.

The property was lovely, warm and homely we especially enjoyed the hot tub with perfect surroundings and the animals were lovely.

The Stable Annexe With Hot Tub and Horses is just Fabulous. Such a Hidden Gem. Accommodation We were stunned of the quirky but traditional barn style accommodation. It was lovely and Cosy and warm, and relaxing. We loved the Karaoke Machine, and variety of games that were provided. As the accommodation is an Annex, we were sceptical However, we felt like we had private accommodation with gardens with a mini farm and hot tub. The surroundings around the hot tub were so pretty, the plants surrounding gave it a tropical vibe and the outdoor surroundings and outdoor shower were so Tranquil. We were woke up with a knock at the door Saturday morning, as we went to the door we were surprised by the pigs. We loved this, we stroked them and they rolled over on their belly like a dog for a tickle on the belly. The ponies were stunning and all the other farm animals too. Area 20 minute walk or 5 minute drive to Coningsby where there is a selection of warm welcoming pubs and a co-op and Small Morisons. We visited Flair Bistro for a meal and cocktails. This was stunning! Woodhall spa is also a short drive away and is a beautiful small town. There is a pub just on the corner from the property which is by a river with boats. Hosts Teresa was lovely, she gave us a warm welcome and respected our privacy. It was clear that she loved hosting and loved sharing her love for her small farm and animals. We had breakfast both mornings and this was delicious. I requested something that wasn’t on the menu and this was accommodated with no questions at all. As for the review below with items on sale in the accommodation. These aren’t overly displayed and we loved being able to grab a bag of food to feed the dogs and pigs without having to go ask for some. We also grabbed a couple of bottles of water in the night, as we forgot pop. So this was convenient for us.

Absolutely nothing negative to say. We had a wonderful stay.
