Rooms are very congested

When We book through booking. Com in that they mentioned Suit Room but at the place we got Haveli small Room, without prior notice at the place they are saying to pay extra for suit at reception. Website it is showing Suit Room but we didn't get. We are completely disappointed.

My stay at Brown Town was extremely disappointing and nowhere close to what was portrayed in their photos and marketing material. The room itself was much smaller than expected and did not justify the premium pricing. What was even more disappointing was the condition of the common areas. They appeared poorly maintained, with clothes and personal belongings left around, creating an untidy and unprofessional atmosphere. The overall property simply did not match the impression created by the photographs online. The food was another major letdown. The quality and taste were well below expectations, especially considering the price being charged. The entire experience felt overpriced and offered very poor value for money. When you pay a premium, you expect quality accommodation, good food, and a well-maintained property. Unfortunately, Brown Town failed on all three fronts during our visit. Overall, I left feeling that the property is heavily marketed but does not deliver on its promises. I would not recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and worthwhile getaway, especially given the number of better options available at similar or lower prices.

Room for 5 Adults - only 1 Bathroom. No separate WC or Wash Basin Dinner was horrible Pakoda with Tea were not good Pool water was dirty Game Room too small for such a big resort

The property is pleasant and lushed with greenery

1) There are lots of plant pots dipped in contaminated water. Which cause lots of mosquitoes inside the room and nearby areas. Kindly remove the pots from the stored water. 2) dinning ambience should include ac area. During summers it’s very hot outside. 3) Baggi is not easily available for senior citizens to travel throughout the property 3) Food quality and options can be improved
