Floors were dirty jacuzzi didn’t work and was dirty company didn’t fix the problem the jacuzzi never got hot

"Do to them not responding to the hot water situation. I wouldn’t stay here again"

Location and it was clean

The first day and night the hot ton was not working. Although they came to fix it the next day, they didn’t take anything off the bill. I asked about, they said they would get back to me and never did. I also sent them a message making them aware that the hot water did not work in the shower. Do you know what they did after I made them aware? Nothing. Didn’t even respond. It was like a lack of respect for my family
