Next door getting raided by the police and we couldn't get in or out our flat for most of the day so I lost a days work Outside the flats need an update and a very deep clean.all guttering leaking

Needs a good clean and better mattresses- beds not comfortable...bathroom needs good clean marks on walls in living room chair broken( not bolted together)...windowsills need repaint just tired looking no one answered our call when we arrived as per owners instruction and maintenance chap had no idea which flat we had been allocated..security key lock had been broken by previous occupant and told this would be fixed next day..did not seem very organised despite us confirming the hour we would arrive and trying to contact owner as instructed but no answer...
IENot very clean from the initial outside look to the inside. Kitchen cupboards and utensils dirty, wardrobes and drawers dirty. Windows filthy
GBLocation was excellent, all the major shops you can think of (B&M, Icelands, Morrisons, Sainsbury's and Tesco) were within either 15 mins walk ot 5-10 mins drive.
Shower - the pressure wasn't good. The double bed had double mattress one on top of the the other. The bottom mattress was slightly smaller than the top mattress which meant when either my wife or I got to to the edge, we would fall off.
GBUnfortunately for someone that stays a way from home on a weekly basis this property was very disappointing.
That a waiver of £35 had to be paid which was non refundable, the property has cigarette burns in the carpet and we had to sweep and clean the property once we gained access
GBLocation was great for what we needed. Pricing was good.
Flat 1. Cleanliness of the kitchen and bathroom very poor. Damaged plug socket. Broken blinds. Cracked window. Locked windows with broken keys. No hair dryer in suite 1. Dirty towel. Flat 4 all good.
GBAbsolutely bear minimum in the apartment.. no hover hardly anything for cooking 2 toilet rolls for 2 weeks .... lovely apartment just needs more of the basics
